I am pretty lenient but I have some rules really just common courtesy. I have been burnt so I have to spell it out. I know when I see rules I am reluctant to use the stock but don't let that deter you. I want to enable you as an artist like other stock providers have done for me.
My stock is my own photography.
ALWAYS LINK TO YOUR WORK UNDER MY STOCK AND LINK BACK TO MY STOCK UNDER YOUR WORK!!!!!!
COMMERCIAL USE RULES FOR MODEL STOCK
I have put a NO COMMERCIAL use for my stock but MAY ALLOW commercial use on a case by case basis. Send me a note tell me what you want to do with your work and provide me a link to preview it. Why?? Because the models are young family and friends.They are not professional models they do it out of kindness for my art work and then I share the poses I don't use with you all. Therefore, I need to make sure they are being used respectively and I want their approval of your project.
MORE MODEL STOCK RULES
All model stock is NEVER to be used in any work that includes but not limited to gore, demonic, evil, vampire, pornographic, sexual degradation, racism.
Because it is impossible to list every tasteless thing that could be done I reserve the right to ask you to remove your work from DA and the web entirely if I feel that it compromises the model in anyway. Remember you DO NOT have a model release! Again the models are young friends and family from Christian homes. I as well as you have to respect their values in our art. While vampires are trendy right now they are occult beings and would not be an acceptable model in a Christian home.
But for the most of you this is a non-issue. So far the work has been respectful with one exception and that is why NO VAMPIRES is now on the list. I thought that demonic would have covered it but it doesn't.
As for posting your completed work: Outside of DA please just ask me first and let me know where you are posting! I more than likely will say yes but as I mentioned I need to protect the young women who model for me and from any work that would upset them or their families.
As a courtesy I'd like you to link back to me and post a link to your work with the stock photo.
I DO CHECK DA ALMOST DAILY!!! SO YOU WILL GET A TIMELY RESPONSE!!!
ALL OTHER STOCK (LANDSCAPE, CEMETERY & OBJECTS)
Any of my stock in Stock for Premades Group has no restrictions per group rules.
Do not redistribute as yours. Do not make minor changes and call it yours! Otherwise it is pretty much restriction free. You may use it in pre-mades & manipulations. You may post it on sites outside of DA. You may use it in tutorials. You may sell manipulations or art using any landscape, cemetery or objects stock on DA or outside of DA. As a courtesy I'd like you to link back to me and post a link to your work with the stock photo. I just would like to see what you did and learn what kind of stock people are looking for.

Free Portraits in Chi-town
Most of my photo manipulations use photos that I have taken of my daughter and her friends. Since I spend a lot of time working on them I would rather use people I know or have worked with. It gives me pleasure that someone other than myself can enjoy and benefit from my work.
So here is my offer. If you live near or around the Chicago area and you would like to have stock photos of yourself I will provide them at no cost! I have a professional studio with pro equipment and guarantee I can provide professional quality photos for you to post. You can sell them, offer them on DA in your own stock account or do what every you would like as long as I have free artisitc rights to use them in my portfolio and for photo manips that I may or may not sell.
Who can refuse that?
